Allison Jones, currently the Sr.VP of A&R for The Big Machine Label Group (Big Machine Records, The Valory Music Co and Republic Nashville), is a 22 year veteran of the music business. Her current roster of artists includes Taylor Swift, Tim McGraw, Reba, Florida Georgia Line, Cassadee Pope, The Band Perry, The Cadillac Three, Brantley Gilbert, Justin Moore, The Eli Young Band, Thomas Rhett, Danielle Bradbery, Raelynn, The Mavericks and the music for the ABC hit drama NASHVILLE.
Previous A&R positions include; VP of A&R at UMG Nashville (MCA/Mercury), VP of A&R for Toby Keith’s Show Dog/Universal, Head of A&R for Dreamworks Nashville, Director of A&R at Giant Records and RCA/BNA Records.
The Florida native holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Marketing from Vanderbilt University. She is a voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (Grammys), Country Music Association and Academy of Country Music. Also, a member of BMI, a Leadership Music alumni, volunteers for the music therapy program at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital with monthly Big Machine label day, and an active member of The Percy Priest Elementary PTO.
